We find that packages are the most helpful for both us & our patients as that allows us to map out a comprehensive plan that we can reasonably achieve in an appropriate timeframe. For this reason all new patients must start off with a package. After you’ve purchased one package you do not need to enroll in a package again, you may add on appointments as needed throughout our time together.

Once you’ve completed a package there’s no need to purchase another package. Since you are an established patient in the practice, you can simply add on sessions as needed. The rates for add on sessions are:

• 1-hour follow-up: $180
• 30-minute follow-up: $90

Typically the 4 session package is great for individuals who have 1-2 concerns and feel that they just need to get information and they are fine implementing everything on their own afterwards. The 8-session package is best for individuals who have multiple concerns and want their dietitian’s help while they implement changes and tweak recommendations along the way. The 12-session package is best for individuals who have complex medical conditions or many symptoms requiring more long-term care that spans around 6 months or longer.

If you are in need of a monthly payment plan option we offer 6-month payment plan options. No added fees or interest is ever applied. You are only responsible for the total package price and the credit card processing fee.

We are only in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (see details in next section below). We can also bill HSA & FSA cards from any plan. If you don’t have BCBS insurance or don’t have an FSA/HSA card & reside in the US you can submit an out-of-network claim. To do that you submit “superbills” to your insurance company, it’s like submitting a receipt and depending on your plan they may partially reimburse you. We can provide you superbills to submit to your insurance company & you can submit them to your insurance provider to see if they will provide partial reimbursement. This does not guarantee reimbursement.

Yes we do order lab tests as needed. We order labs through Labcorp and other high quality testing companies. If you are an international patient we can help you coordinate with your primary care team or local phlebotomy centers to get the necessary labs ordered.

Yes & yes! Many US states allow telehealth and our dietitians are licensed in numerous states. However, when you fill out your application form below make sure to specify which state you are in and we will make sure to verify if we can work with you from your state. For international patients, please fill out the form and specify where you’re located & we will coordinate with you about next steps!
